Equestrian Village Homeowners Association, Inc., is one of the newest communities in Northern Virginia. Located 40 miles west of Washington, D.C. and only minutes from Dulles International Airport as well as the Washington Metro.

The community is Mixed-Use, located in Loudoun County PD-RV Planned Development-Rural Village, as a Village Conservancy (or Satellite Conservancy) subdistrict. The community offers up to 4 residential units. When fully built the community will have Agriculture, horticulture, forestry or fishery, Open space, Nature preserve, such as but not limited to, wildlife sanctuary, conservation area and game preserve, Watershed and water impoundment protection areas, Nature and recreation trails, Stormwater management structures and ponds, Active recreation space, Public and private playground, Neighborhood park,

Equestrian Village features many amenities such as a neighborhood community center with an outdoor pool, multipurpose court, meeting room, a playground, 1.5 miles of trails, as well as a river and pond for catch and release fishing and canoeing.

Equestrian Village Homeowners Association's most unique amenity is the 15,000 square foot Manor House, which is the center of the community. The facility offers a vast array of Activities for the community such as, horseback riding, ATV riding, Seasonal Outdoor Pool, short-term rental accommodations. Our farmers market is hosted outdoors in the summer and indoor in the winter where we sell local produce, live animals, plants and prepare food and beverages. The Association host many exciting community events, such as VillageFest, Community Yard Sales, Summer Movie Nights on the Farm and more.
